Refund and Returns Policy

1. Our Policy in a Nutshell
Because we sell digital products (like game keys), all sales are final — but we always aim to make things right. If something’s wrong on our end, we’ll work with you to fix it.

2. When Refunds Are Possible
You might be eligible for a refund if:

The product wasn’t delivered due to a technical error.
You received a non-working or already-used game key, and we can’t replace it.
You cancel a pre-order before it’s delivered (subject to approval).

We don’t offer refunds for:

Keys or products that were already redeemed or activated.
Incompatibility with your system, region, or platform (unless we didn’t make that clear at purchase).
Buyer’s remorse or changes of mind.
Issues caused by external platforms (like Steam or Xbox) that are outside our control.

3. How to Request a Refund
Shoot us an email at support@globalgamekey.com within 14 days of your purchase with:

Your order number
A clear explanation of the issue
Screenshots or other supporting evidence, if available

We’ll respond within 5 business days. If approved, you’ll get a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days — or we may offer a replacement or store credit.

4. No Physical Returns
All of our products are digital, so there’s nothing to return physically. If something doesn’t work, we’ll either fix it or offer an alternative.

5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first reaching out to us, your account may be suspended. Please give us a chance to help first — we want to resolve things fairly and quickly.

6. Your Legal Rights
This policy doesn’t override your legal rights. If you live in a region with specific consumer protections (like a 14-day digital purchase cooling-off period in the EU), we’ll honor them.
